I have allotted seat in kcet second extended round in 2019. l not cancelled the seat and not paid fee also because l am not satisfied with that. can I write kcet 2020. will I get seat

Please reply me i have got same problem this year were you allowed to write again kcet in 2020 please please please reply me because I have got seat in extended round but am not satisfied with it and i have not paid the fees also so please tell me if I pay the penalty will i able to write kcet next year

Madan, it depends on which Code you have chosen during the 2nd round. If you have chosen Choice 2 as your option, without making the payment, you cannot download the admission letter or join the allotted college. But if you have chosen Choice 1 as your option, you should have had cancelled the seat at any Helpline centre. Now the rulebook says: "The seat allotted to the candidate in the second round will be considered as last option in the second extended round. If any of the better Options are not allotted, then the seat allotted to them in the second round will remain with the candidate. Seats will be cancelled in respect of candidates who exercises Choice 2 and fails to make the payment within the stipulated date and time. ".

Now your seat has been cancelled and if you fulfil the eligibility criteria for KCET, you can appear for KCET. Your seat allotment will depend on the score, merit list and rank for that Academic year.
