I have already applied for 1st round of counseling but I didn't get a seat. Should I have to register again for 2nd round?

It's sad that you didn't get seat in 1st round but don't lose hope. Eligible candidates will be able to register till July 13 for 3nd round. Payment for the second round can be done till July 13 up to 12 Noon. Candidates who had registered for the first round of counselling are not required to register again for 2nd round.

You don't need to register or make payments again for round-2 if you have already done the same for round-1 but you need to make fresh choices again for round-2 as the c hoices submitted in round-1 will be treated as null and void and mind that you have to use the same login credentials as used in round-1 .

Yes, you would be needed to register again for the Round 2 of Counselling because doing such, you can alter the preference order of the choices as your wish if you want to.
There would be no fees charged for the Round 2 though.
