I have already made correction at the previous session of correction provided by NTA NEET application at January 2020 ,is it necessary to re-correct it once again for NEET application?

No. Any corrections in the application form once the correction window closes are not possible. NTA doesn't accept any requests for changes in the application form nor does it make the changes on its own in the application form. So if you have already made changes to the application during the correction window, you are fine. No further changes are needed.
