i have already paid for college predictor tool for gate exam. why am i receiving a "proceed to pay" option again when im logging in?

I suggest you contact Careers360 support team. They will ask you your registered email id and transaction id ( in some rare cases). They will check and your problem will be solved within a few days. The support team is very helpful and will guide you.
