Same happened with me , I am also from Karnataka subscribed for Neet Pg rank predictor and I have same marks too. My money got deducted but it still asking me to pay when I am trying to use the predictor

As you said you have already paid the fees for NEET pg college predictor tool, please check your mail for the results.
Once you fill the necessary details and pay the required fees, your results and other things are sent to you by mail. So i kindly request you to check mail even the spam folder
