I have already uploaded all the required documents on vit's site but it comes up with the the option called Marks View in which Vit says " Document due. Please upload all the relevant documents immediately ". What's the reason and what should I do now ?

Then the possible reason is that you must not have submitted any document or there must be any issue with your provided documents.For example if there would have been anything wrong with the passport sized photo then they must have rejected it and so you need to do change it.Login with your application number and password and check what's the issue and if you don't find any mistakes then try to contact VIT through emails raising your issue.
