Last time Normalised mark was calculated i.e for 9[actual mark] - Normalised score was 45.xx.Only difference is this time Anna University has introduced percentile score.That's it 22[actual score] is a Better score for TANCA.

With this score you can't get a good college Because if you consider previous years cut offs then it is quite clear that you need at least 41+ score to get a pretty decent college like RMD, Gummidipundi RMK, Gummidipundi PSNA, Dindugul Sengunthar College, Erode KSR College, Erode.

But it seems your score is pretty less hence you have to take a below average college only.
