Since you had commerce in 10+2 you can always do CA. If not, there are a plethora of options like arts, law, few  science subjects, journalism, multimedia, animation, tourism and hospitality, photography, hotel management.

you can also do B.com  in accounting,. if you are interested in management you can do BBA or BMS.you can also do BCA(computer applications). Company secretary is also an option.  if you like fine arts like painting etc that is also an option. There is fashion technology, design, planning and interior decoration as well.

SO depending on your interest there are many options.
