secondly then you will need to update your aadhar card or going for an affidavit which everyone is available at your hand in order to solve the issue because discrepancy between the spelling of your name on the Aadhar Card and that what you have registered on the bio data sheet in your neet will create problem during verification of documents
yes it is not a major problem but it is better to avoid even search minor issues because if you are personal and authority who is checking the documents is strict and does minute scrutiny then you might fall into problem at the last moment you to such mismatches

That should not be an issue. However, what I advice you to do is to update your adhar card and get the correct details on it. You can do this online by paying a very nominal fee and in no time your new correct and updated Aadhar will be with you ( Follow this link to update your aadhar: https://uidai.gov.in/my-aadhaar/about-your-aadhaar/updating-data-on-aadhaar.html). Then, you can write to the authorities stating your problem so that you have a proof that you communicated the issue to the mat the earliest. This should not be an issue at the time of conduction of examination or declaration of result. While it may come up at the time of counselling, if you have pre-communicated your concern to them, it will not bother much.
