You can download the CMAT Admit card till January 28. Good that you did not procastinate and download it far ahead of time and noticed the error. Now if you look at the bottom of the admit card you will find an email ID and two contact numbers for assistance. If i am not wrong, the mail ID is cmat.nta2019@gmail.com and contact numbers are 7042399521, 7042399525-526.
First things first. Call up on either of these numbers immediately. Mostly they will be operating Mon-Fri, 10am-5pm. So call them up and tell your problem and ask for a change. You maybe required to take a scan of your Date of Birth Proof (10th/12th/Aadhar/Birth Certificate) and mail it across to the centre for assistance and request them to change the same. They will help you for sure.

You can't change your date of birth in admit card now as last date for the correction was 8 December and now the correction portal is closed but you can do one thing try to contact NTA for this matter and ask them about the solution they will surely help you. You can get their contact information from NTA offical website.
