I have an OBC certificate which is issued from U.P and I have completed my 12th class from state of Goa. Can my OBC certificate help me to get reservation in NEET- UG in state quota of Goa ? If not then where will it work?

Aman, for NEET to fall under OBC Category, the Community you beong to also should be listed in the Central OBC list. If that is the case then you will fall under OBC or else you will be considered under General Category. Going by that, if the Community you belong to in UP is also listed in the OBC list of Goa, then your OBC Certifiicate from UP might be considered in Goa. Or else you might be considered under General Category. To check whether the Community you belong to is listed under Goa OBC list, please check the official Central OBC list at: http://www.ncbc.nic.in/User_Panel/CentralListStateView.aspx
