I have appeared and passed 12th from Assam Board (but i am failed in chemistry but passed overall) in 2021. So can i appear for 12th again from different state board in 2022 and pass in all subjects ? is this legally possibly to do so ?

Hi Nilabh, it's actually neither legal nor illegal to clear exams from a single board in one year and the other in the next. However, since every boards have a different perspective and pattern of imparting education. It's advisable to stick to a board that make you comfortable with. Also, if you've failed in one subject and cleared all the rest, you could have a chance to re-appear in the compartment of that subject too.
If you wish to attempt the subject in other board due to some genuine reasons and further, you could always seek support from your school staff and principal accordingly.

Thank you for reply, but i don't want to reappear from this same board because as per me they are corrupt and there is no transperent system. Also i want to improve marks and clear chemistry. So i don't want to take risk in same board again with tough evaluation and checking criteria. I just asked if it is possible to do so, there will any issue ahead if i will just use one marksheet ?

Hii, it's alright if you're not satisfied with your current board and results. So you can get in touch with your current school staff committee and discuss with a bold reason that you wish to change your school and board. They shall guide you through a smooth procedure. Also, remember that the process could be a hectic one as it's about changing the board, pattern and examination forms.
So, without taking much load, start working hard and consult thoroughly before you take a decision. Also, to conclude, it's completely ok to go for a fresh start and improve your areas of interest.
