i have appeared in jee main 2021 , now should i register newly for jee 2022 or i have to sign in only

You are eligible for JEE Mains in 3 consecutive years from the year you have passed 12th standard and JEE Advanced in two consecutive years. So, you'll be eligible for JEE Mains in 2022 and 2023 and JEE Advanced in 2022.
