On the official site of GATE 2021, in the 'contact us' section you will find contact numbers and email ids of the chaiperson of various zones. You can try calling them or maybe write to them about your query. Also, under the FAQs section it is said that if the signature uploaded is not as per the guidelines then the form will be rejected.

There is no chance of application withdrawal at this time,Kindly check the application portal to know your status of application at the latest to check whether your corrections have been well received.The correction window closes at 13th november so you can look out for mails till then.

The last date to inform about the status of the application after rectifying the defect was October 26, 2020. So you must have already received an email on or before October 26, 2020 regarding the status of the application so please check your registered email ID inbox and check spam emails too. You will not receive any refund if your application is rejected.
