I have applied for aiims n my basic registration is accepted...unfortunately i havent generate the code ..is there any extension of date

Candidates who have completed Basic Registration but have not generated unique code till date will be given another opportunity to generate the code.
The facility for Generation of Code will re-open from 23rd February 2019 to 12 March 2019 (up to 5 pm)

I have done the same mistake  Please mail aiims authority to extend the date. I have mailed them but there is no reply.

The basic registration process of AIIMS 2019 application form has been closed.

And AIIMS has closed the facility of code generation on February 17.

so right now there is nothing much that can be done.

But you can do, is, go the website again, and, log in using the same user id and password that is your email/phone number at the time of creating the account and try to generate the code.
