You can select the cities and upload documents only after the successful payment of application fee, without successful payment you cannot submit your application and it is considered as incomplete application. We suggest you to make the payment once again, the amount which was debited earlier will be refunded to the same bank account. If it is not refunded then please contact the respective bank customer service. You can also write an email to aiimsnorcet@gmail.com, if the problem still persists.
