i have applied for BBA(hons.) and i am supposed to upload class 10th and 11th result but i don't have my 11th result presently due to lockdown and i am trying to contact christ university since yesterday morning i have also mailed my issue but no reply, can you please suggest me what can I do?

I would say that at this time all you can do is just wait for their reply to your query as you have already done the possible things that you can do and since the lockdown is creating issues in the processing of every institution so they may also be having issues in reaching out to you.
