If you have appeared for JEE Mains Paper-1 i.e. the one that is needed for admission into BTech, then you don't need to appear for any other exam. This is needed for admission into BTech of Jamia Millia Islamia. However, there are some private universities like Symbiosis Institute of Technology that conduct their own entrance tests. If you're only aiming for JMI, state universities, government colleges and private colleges accepting JEE Mains marks, then just continue with those marks.
