I have applied for hsee,and also submitted obl-ncl undertaking declaration but how could I upload the certificate .I could not find any kind website or space for providing it. please answer me.

Any exam form if they want you to submit the OBC NCL certificate they will surely provide the space for that. Sometimes what they do they just ask for declaration and category information and they didn't want you to upload the certificate at the time of registration.
They only ask for certificate once you are shortlisted for counselling. If you provide the certificate at the time of counselling then your admission is confirmed. But if you failed to present the certificate then your admission might get rejected.
So it's not a problem if there is no space for uploading your OBC-NCL certificate.

But they asked to submit the actual certificate on or before may 30,but no space is provided.
