Dear aspirant,
According to your question and taking into consideration that you want to know about which category would be accepted as you have already applied through EWS category and you have also applied for OBC.
I would like to tell you that your obc certificate would be of no use as you have already applied through EWS category and in your 2nd attempt also ews category will be considered and that is the final one.
You can definitely apply with your obc ncl certificate under obc ncl category in the next attempts if you get the certificate by that time. The attempt in which you score the maximum marks will be considered ad your final attempt, therefore whatever category you would have mentioned in that application form will be considered as your category.
For this attempt, you will be considered under EWS category since you have applied as an ews candidate. But if you can get your valid OBC certificate then you can apply as an obc candidate and can take benefits under it.
I hope this helps.
