Hi
hope you doing well
Review the official notification from the NTA. Typically, candidates who are applying under reserved categories need to produce their category certificates at the time of document verification (which usually happens during the counseling process) and not necessarily at the time of the exam itself.
Obtain the certificate as soon as possible, You should try to get your SC certificate issued before the counseling process starts. The certificate is usually required during counseling for seat allocation in reserved categories.
If you cannot produce the certificate at the time of counseling, you may be treated as a General category candidate, and your rank and seat allocation will be considered under the General category criteria, which may affect your chances of admission.
Reach out to authorities, If you face issues getting the certificate in time, consider contacting the JEE Mains/NTA helpdesk or the counseling authorities for clarification and guidance.
Best Wishes.
