I have applied for manipal entrance exam 2022 by paying an amount of Rs2000 . but I do not want to write for the first phase thus not booking the slot. can i use this amount to book slot for the second phase without paying an additional fee of Rs1400 ?

If you have already paid the fee for application form, then irrespective of you appearing for the exam or not, the application form fee is never refunded.
So, if you are planning on skipping the first phase and want to appear for second phase only, you will have to pay the fee again. You can't register for second phase with the fee paid by you for the first phase.
