I have applied for mba in ipu.I am from delhi and obc.My obc certificate is authorised from Himachal.Will i be considered outside delhi obc?

Hello aspirant! Let me to inform you that you will not be considered as obc category student if you do not have a residential certificate issued by the sdo / DC of Delhi . You will be considered as a general category student if you have the domicile of himachal Pradesh.
