I have applied for migration certificate and I've got aknowledgement number bt OTP not seen so can I re-apply ? please give some suggestions

Hello,
Please mention about the board from which you have done the course. Also whichever the board is you should contact them because of you have got acknowledgement number then you should have got the OPT. Make sure your number is on and try to re apply and if the problem persists then you should contact the authorities regarding the matter.
