Just like almost 100% colleges are closed right now same goes for St. Joseph's Degree & PG College too and the reason is quite clear which is due to Covid-19 pandemic. Most of the colleges are holding online classes for the students.Since you are enrolled in new session its likely that your online classes will also start by the end of September of may be in the mid September.For a confirmation i would suggest you to drop a mail to college regarding your query, they surely let you know the date when the classes will begin online.
