I have applied for sastra but I could not get any rank what could be the possible reason( I scored 963/1000 in ta board and 93.4 percentile)

Hi ! It is quite natural. Sastra University is one of the best college in the south India. If you want admission there then you must acquire a rank of between 20000. That means the percentile you require will vary from 96-97. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.
