Hello student this might happen because of some technical glitch in this case your money will get refunded in your bank in due time. You must have transaction/reference number I request you to please visit your home branch and submit an application for the same if money didn't get refunded in one week.

As your transaction failed and your application Form didn't submitted you can make a new transaction and complete the application.
