I have applied for TANCET 2020. I have uploaded all my certificates, but I have registered my mail id incorrectly. My mail id is navaurfrd@gmail.com but it is registered as navaurfrd@gmail.comi. Whether it wil be the problem for my application. Whether I want to again apply for TANCET as a new login

Do not worry.
Your mistake will not have any effect if you have given your phone number correctly.
Any notification comes both in your registered mobile number as well as email id.
So you'll receive notifications in your registered mobile number.
And as per my knowledge you can login and do the correction.
