I have applied in pune metro in EWS category on 11 January 2021 but I have EWS of month february 2021,so is it valid for document verification?

I would recommend you to check the notification of the Pune Metro, it must be mentioned there the date after which the EWS certificate must be issued is mentioned there. Usually its provided that the certificate must be issued after the March, 31 of the previous year i.e., 2020. So its highly probable that your certificate is valid although I would recommend you to recheck the notification.
