I have asked for B.Tech companion,after payment there's no response amd the alamanac and planner is not delivered yet,what must I do now??

We are very sorry to hear this. There May be some technical problem that's why you have to face this problem. Two things you can do , first check you internet connection and relogin to your account secondly write a mail to the help desk attaching the screenshot of the payment confirmation page or either wait for 7 days because sometimes problem arises in payment gateway as the amount is deducted from your account but is not reached the destination so it will be refunded back in 7 days.
