I have attained rank of 3000 but in first counselling session it says that no seats have been allowed Am I able to get good college ?

Maharaja Agrasen usually takes students with rank under 1000 so with a rank of 3000 it will be a little difficult for you to get this college even in the evening shift.
Don't get disheartened you still have two more lists where you can get other good colleges and if you still don't get it,try going for spot counselling session.
