I have attempted jee mains in 2019 and 2020 . but I have never attended jee advance . can I give jee advance 2021.

Unfortunately no. You cannot appear for JEE-Advance 2021, the reason being is that JEE-Advance has maximum of two attempts for two consecutive years which includes your passing year of class 12th. It seems that you have passed class 12th in 2019 so you were only eligible for JEE-Advance 2019 and 2020, now either you have attempted any of the two attempts or not you cannot appear in JEE-Advance 2021. But yes you can still appear for your last attempt of JEE-Main which will be JEE-Main 2021.
