If you want to attend the second counselling after attending the first counselling then there is no need to Certificate verification money again for second counselling. You can directly attend the second counselling. There is no need to pay any extra fee for second counselling

Hello. As you have attended 1st round of counseling, you can go for the successive rounds of allotment to get a desired branch of your choice. You don't need to verify your certificates again as you have already done it for first round of allotment. It is a one time process. Also you won't have to pay the counseling fees again.
