If you strongly believe that you have done those questions 100 percent correct then there is good chance if you getting a good rank. One advantage about JEE Mains is that you dont have to clear all subjects to clear the exam unlike JEE Advanced. Hence like in your case you dont have to worry about not attending mathematics if you have attented all other questions.
