Yes, you can definitely give JEE Mains and JEE Advanced next year.
As per the latest guidelines of NTA, a candidate can give JEE Mains exam 6 times over a span of 3 years(since jEE mains are held twice a year from now on). If you score the threshold marks you will be eligible to give JEE Advanced too.
