i have attended the 1st phase counselling yesterday but wasn't sure to take up an alternative course,can i attend the 2nd phase counselling?

Dear let in hope that you will get in the 1st counselling only. if not in first course then go with thw 2nd counselling, and yes you have a option of 2nd counselling if you are not satisficted once go through with the ofiicial page for the procedure of 2nd counselling.
