I have bachelor's degree in hotel management n 1yr experience in hotel industry n 3yrs 5months experience in Reliance retail as Department manager. what should u choose for my postgraduate?

It seems that you have a pretty good experience in the hospitality industry. In my opinion, an MBA in operations, or marketing would be suitable for you, as you seem to have the required experience for the same.
You can also consider an M.Sc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration.
Both are good fields, depending upon your preference you can choose any of them.
