I am here to help you. To be honest, It is not possible to join B-tech or other degree colleges having backlogs. Because for any degree college it is necessary to provide your under graduation certificate to join your graduation. But don't feel bad. It's ok even 1 year get wasted but remember it as a life lesson and never neglect things which are important in life otherwise it will make you stand in this position again.
