i have backlogs in my pg, 2012 batch.. and i was not taken my tc.. now I want to pursue further education.. is it possible to get my tc now?

I am not getting your situation from your description, if you have backlogs standing and do not get them clear then you can not get the passing degree. So If your situation in the question is to be believed that might mean that your degree is void by now.
