i have been a non bio student and qualified with BCA degree. But now i need to go for NEET to pursue MBBS. if i apply for 12th with biology, will i be eligible to get government college with a gap of 5-6 years after qualifying NEET?????

Gap years will not be a problem don't worry, also there's no upper limit for Neet examination , so your age also will not be a problem.
Neet eligibility criteria says that, to be eligible one must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if belong to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st
So, if you do 12th with biology and pass and fulfill the above percentage criteria then you will be definitely eligible for Neet examination
