Hello,
As per the eligibility criteria given in CSAB 2021 Special Round Information Brochure a candidate who has secured admission by paying the partial admission fee will be eligible for participating in the Special Rounds for NITs/IIEST Shibpur/IIITs/ other GFTIs (except IITs). Also the candidates who has withdrawn or selected Exit option are also eligible to apply for CSAB counselling. You can report online in the allotted institute and pay the partial admission fee and still be eligible to participate in CSAB counselling. If that is the case then the Seat Acceptance Fee already paid will be adjusted against the Participation Fee for CSAB special rounds. But if you wish to withdraw or select exit option you may do so and you have to pay Rs 37,000/- (Special Round Participation Fee) in CSAB counselling if you belong to GEN/GENEWS/OBC-NCL category or Rs 17,000/- (pay the Special Round Participation Fee ) if you belong to SC/ST/PwD.
