If you Re asking about All India Quota Counselling Mop-up round then you can participate in Mop-up round though you got seat in Round 2. You don't have to register again for Mop-up round.

For now State wise NEET Counsellings has been stop till All India Quota NEET Counselling finishes as per the Court order. So, there is no information about it and that's why it is difficult to give information without any guidelines about it.

NEET UG All India Quota Mop-up Round Counselling Important dates:

Registration: March 10 to 14, 2022, till 12 noon

Choice Filling and Locking dates: March 11 to 14, 2022, till 11:55 PM

Seat allotment processing: March 17 and 18, 2022

Result announcement: March 19, 2022

Reporting dates: March 20 to 27, 2022

See if you have been allotted a seat in 2nd round of AIQ counselling then you can either join it or resign it and if you join it then you can also apply for upgradation in mop-up round or if you are satisfied with the seat then well and good.

In case if you resign the seat allotted in AIQ counselling round 2nd, then you can also go for state quota counselling because once you take an exit from counselling then you become eligible for all further rounds of counselling but note that if you take an exit or resign your seat now means after round 2nd then you will lose your security money deposited for AIQ counselling because free exit option was only available till round 1st.
