I hope you are doing good. Now Coming to your query, Dear if you are allotted seat in the 1st round then you have to cancel/reject it by going to Reporting Centre before the due date then only you are eligible for Round 2. If you already accepted the seat or due date is crossed then sorry you can't participate in further rounds. And one more thing we need to pay the security amount only once so as you already paid in 1st round you need not pay again.

After getting a seat in the first round of counselling, you have two options:
A willingness to upgradation is done when the student wishes to apply for round 2, despite getting the seat in the first round. So, yes you can apply for second round of counselling, just visit the alloted college once and from there apply for the willingness of upgradation. As of the security deposit, you shall contact the respective college.
