I have been alloted vedanta medical college, palghar in round 1 of maharashtra counseling. And the last reporting date is 20 Nov. If I don't report to the college till 20 Nov so will I be eligible to participate in round 2 and mop up round ?

Yes, if you do not Report to Alloted College of Round 1 then you will be Automatically Eligible for Round 2 of Maharashtra State NEET Counselling and Allotted Seat of Round 1 will be Cancelled. You can not claim that seat again. You have to do fresh choice filling in Round 2 of Maharashtra State NEET Counselling.
For Mop-up Round there are separate eligibility Criterias, if you got seat in Round 2 of Maharashtra NEET Counselling then you will not be eligible for Mop-up Round, but if you didn't get any seat then you can participate in Mop-up Round Counselling.
