Dear Applicant,

I hope you are doing well, about your question, yes you can surely try out the state councilling also if u like.

To participate in state quota you must have these 2 basic requirements

The candidate must either hold the domicile of that state.

OR

The candidate must have cleared their 10th and 12th board from that particular state board.
