I have been allotted IHM Bhubaneswar in 1st round counselling of NCHMCT JEE 2020. If I go for seat upgradation in 2nd round counselling, will I lose my seat in IHM Bhubaneswar?

You wouldn't loose the current seat allotment given to you unless you choose another seat and make the changes official. It's not necessary that you'd get what you wanted in second round so you can still take admission in your initial seat provided.
