I have been allotted in electronics and computer science engineering but i want to try branch sliding in 2nd counseling. For this i need to submit registration fees before 2nd counseling or after upgradation in my stream??

if you are wanting to freeze at any round, then you will have to pay the fees.
however, for option changing, you will have to do the procedure.
