I have got seat in JNMC BELGAVI in my 1st round of counselling. I plan to join the college and apply for 2nd round for upgradation.

1.If  I don't get any upgradation seat can I leave my seat of JNMC Which I got in 1st round and get my fees of 1st year which I paid at college during joining.

2.then am I eligible for mop up rounds as I have resigned  and don't have any seat after 2 rounds of counselling of deemed university.

What I interpreted from your question is that You've 2 seats in your hand. One you got fron AIQ and other is if some deemed university.

So, it's upto you which college you want to choose.

If you're getting a GOVERNMENT medical seat anywhere in this country choose that only.

Deemed university are also good but see if you can afford the FEES, is it affiliated from a Good University, seats are affiliated.
