I have been allotted seat in CBIT Information Technology (IT). Can I opt CBIT/VASAVI/VNR CSE in second round of counselling or CBIT IT is fine? My TS EAMCET rank is 2437 and I belong to BC-B category, OU region.

Hello aspirant it is up to you what branch to choose and college to choose.
Coming to branch cse branch is very much better than the it branch.
And coming to college CBIT or VASAVI colleges are better than VNR colleges.
