Hi Aspirant!

According to officials they provide you proper time to complete all the steps necessary for the process.As you get unable to pay the fees your seat got cancelled and you will not be able to get the seat back.Because they will think that you do not want to take the seat as the organization provides you the proper time to do the steps.

Now you can do only one thing is that either you contact them through Phone no. or e-mail provided on the official website.
